Does Adorn have a quality management system? Yes, Adorn’s quality management system is tailored to meet the specified planning requirements of the industry and focus is truly on the customer(s) that Adorn serves. The QMS is modeled after the ISO 9001-2000 standard.
What is your warranty policy and service agreement? Warranty covers products against defects in workmanship and materials from 12 months after the product has been placed into service (purchase of the unit where the product has been utilized by the end user). Adorn is totally committed to customer satisfaction and believes in expeditious and timely resolution of customer service requests.
Can I purchase this item from your stock (finished goods inventory)? We make everything to order and do not maintain a finished goods inventory. Our product lead times typically meet the delivery time requirements of our customers and we constantly monitor our "Delivered on Time" percentage which currently exceeds 95%.
Can you supply repair parts or replacement parts directly to an RV or Manufactured Home Dealer or the consumer? Our products are sold only to the Manufacturer, so Dealers and end users should contact the Manufacturer's Parts and Service Department directly to re-order replacement parts or to handle any warranty issues. |
